Raeser Design is an Engineering Design, Drafting and Manufacturing Consultancy.  We specalise in machine design with integrated hydraulics from concept to prototype and then through to production with a focus on safety for today's industrial market.  

We have a history of problem solving, whether that be retrofitting a new safety device into an old piece of equipment or clean slate concept design, such as the PermaSafe 225 .  We utilise today's 3D CAD modeling throughout the design phase which gives us the capability to analyse the various aspects of the machine with Finite Element Analysis(FEA) to give the safest and most cost effective solution possible.  It also helps for the machine peripherals after design, such as rendering images for marketing materials and explosions for parts and safety manuals.
