Raeser Design has now completed manufacturing of the first PermaSafe 225, a water bore service and installation rig for Advanced Pump Technologies.  This project was undertaken to design a purpose built machine from the ground up to safely install andservice water bores in the mining sector.  It removes the need to work under suspended loads and makes the process of installing Fiberglass Reinforced Pipe(FRP), pumps, power cables and safety cables as hands free as possible.  By utilising a CanBus control system for the hydraulics the entire truck is able to be operated from a remote control for added safety and visibility.
